AAA CPA Services collects only the information needed to provide tax and accounting services, and treats client information under the confidentiality standards that govern the profession.
Information we collect
Contact details you submit through this site or by phone; the documents and financial records you provide for an engagement; and basic technical information your browser sends when you visit, such as page requests and approximate location.
How it is used
To respond to inquiries, to prepare and file returns, to maintain records the profession requires us to keep, and to meet obligations imposed by taxing authorities. We do not sell client information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Confidentiality
Client information is handled under the confidentiality standards of the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct and applicable state board rules. Documents move through an encrypted client portal rather than unprotected email.
Disclosure
We disclose client information only with your authorisation, or where required by law, subpoena, or professional standards. Service providers who process information on our behalf are bound to equivalent confidentiality terms.
Retention
Engagement records are retained for the period required by professional standards and applicable law, then disposed of securely.
Your requests
To ask what we hold, request a copy, or correct an inaccuracy, write to info@aishatcpa.com or call (945) 227-1377. Some records cannot be deleted where retention is required by law.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version and its date will be posted on this page.
